My husband and I chose SR based on the views, but it was SO much more than that! From the start, the team was there for every question, concern, idea and plan we had. The owner, Greg, was very involved with us and directed us to Alia who planned EVERYTHING. All I ever heard about wedding planning was how stressful it is, but my husband and I had so much fun planning with Alia, the florist, the caterer, and everyone else who was involved. All of our family and friends said it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to! The quality is in the details, from the silverware to the dance floor to the bathrooms, everything was high quality and impressive. During the wedding, Alia and her crew were on walkie talkies coordinating everything and I didn’t have to do a thing except enjoy my day. I’m so satisfied with how they handled our most special day, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

From the moment we stepped on to Sunset Ranch we knew it was our venue. Ronda greeted us and showed us around the venue and was very attentive and transparent. From that moment, Ronda had done all she could to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams and we weren’t the only ones who noticed. Our guest raved about smooth everything went and how impressed they were with Ronda. Ronda has become someone we will never forget and will always hold a special part in our heart. Couldn’t have had a better wedding day without her.

Unlike many venues, Sunset Ranch offered flexibility with their packages, allowing us to make adjustments to fit our specific needs—a rare and much-appreciated gesture. We just got back from the best day of our lives. My husband and I had the honor of having Alia as our wedding planner. The pictures do not do the venue justice. It was even more breathtaking in real life. We were completely stress free throughout the entire process. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Alia and the whole team. I was able to reach her at any time and she replied so promptly. The staff was so, so, so, so, so kind - I can't stress this enough! Our entire vision coming to fruition was so magical. Alia did it all with so much professionalism, poise, and patience. My parents and I sat down during breakfast the following day unpacking how unbelievably calm she was throughout the whole day. She guided us through the whole process and kept us on track throughout the whole night of the wedding without making us feel rushed or shorted in any area. When it was time to leave, the whole shuttle was packed up, we had food to-go for the bride and groom, and everything we brought was there. We did not worry about a single thing. I am so sad that my time as a bride has come to an end. Which means I will no longer have to text Alia for random questions or thoughts. When I say it was the best day of our lives, I really mean it. We couldn't have picked a better venue.

A Dream Come True! Sunset Ranch is the perfect wedding venue! It offers an incredible combination of coastal and mountain views that are simply breathtaking. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and unforgettable. Greg’s dedication to both the community and preserving the venue’s beauty is truly inspiring. Ronda is an absolute gem—she’s patient, understanding, and always ready with thoughtful suggestions. We had high expectations and special menu requests, but the team made it all come to life! Our guests are still raving about the delicious food (thanks to Poke Stop), the gorgeous floral arrangements (thanks to Summer Reign Floral), and, of course, the stunning sunset views. Thank you, Sunset Ranch, for making our day unforgettable and filling it with tears of joy and happiness. It truly was a dream come true!

We got married at Sunset Ranch in October 2024, and could not be happier with that decision and our experience! It was the venue of my dreams- absolutely gorgeous and we had so many of our guests gushing about how it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been to. The fern garden ceremony spot and the pond reception area exceeded our expectations. Ocean views with lush tropical foliage in a totally private space was perfect. Jonah, our coordinator, was an absolute rockstar! She was on top of everything and did such an incredible job of helping it be as stress free as possible and making things beautiful but also working within our budget. Could not recommend this venue and the staff more.

The Most Breathtaking Venue Here on O'ahu! We would love to shout out Sunset Ranch Hawai'i (and the Owner of the Ranch, Greg) for giving us the opportunity to host our wedding at the most beautiful ranch here on O'ahu! It was everything we've imagined and more, and we wouldn't have it any other way. The whole day was just perfect, and the entire staff, and all the vendors from the package, just made the day even more special! Sunset Ranch offers all-inclusive wedding packages which absolutely takes the stress off of wedding planning! It really helped knowing that our package included the majority of the big vendors like catering, table/chairs/decor, DJ/desserts, florals, and more. These are usually things that most wedding couples would have to find and pay for a la carte, but Sunset Ranch truly makes that part of wedding planning so so easy! Not only is the ranch a STUNNING venue, and super charming, its isolated location made our wedding even more intimate! It was so beautiful! The venue was perfect, as well as the views from the ranch (being it is at the top of a mountain); the scenic views of Waimea Valley (from Fern's Garden), as well as Waimea Beach, and of course, we can't forget the breathtaking sunset that you can watch straight from Sunset Ranch! It truly was a magical day. We would also like to shout out our AMAZING Coordinator, Jonah, from Sunset Ranch, for helping us throughout the entire wedding process! From the wedding planning, all the way up to the day of the wedding, Jonah's been nothing short of amazing! She truly embodied her role as our Coordinator and ensured that we were able to really have the wedding of our dreams. Everything ran so smoothly on the day of our wedding & we truly want to thank Jonah for that! We miss her already! We can't thank Sunset Ranch enough! It was such the perfect place to celebrate our big day and we'd choose it over and over again. Maybe one day we'll renew our vows there too! We'll forever hold Sunset Ranch near and dear to our hearts.
